Payment & Cancellation






Thank you for your reservation. To finalize the booking we require:

25% deposit of the total rental amount

50% deposit of total rental amount for Christmas / New Years Bookings

* For early bird bookings such as a year or longer in advance we can discuss a payment schedule!
Balance is due upon arrival

Conditions:
Deposit is forfeited unless applied to another reservation within one calendar year of original arrival date
Deposit for the Christmas/New Year holiday season cannot be applied to future bookings and is forfeited

Payment methods:
We cannot accept credit cards for deposits.

  • US: For guests from the US we accept personal checks or wire transfers (you will find details in your confirmation notice)
  • For guests from Canada and the rest of the world we will forward a list of options with your confirmation letter.
  • No Western Union Transfers or money orders from any issuer

Balance upon arrival can be paid:

  • Credit card + 4.5% surcharge applies (sorry no AMEX)
  • US/Euro/CAD in cash or Dominican Peso (rates fluctuate)
  • Travelers checks (yes, we still accept them)
  • No personal checks, no cashiers checks
  • No Western Union Transfers or money orders from any issuer
