* For early bird bookings such as a year or longer in advance we can discuss a payment schedule!
* The deposit for bookings is 25% of our price.
* The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.
- 30 days before check-in you can cancel at any time free of charge. The deposit fee will be retained and can be used for a later booking within one year from the original reservation date.
- If there are less than 30 days left until check-in, we will charge you 50% of the deposit fee. The remaining 50% can be used for a later booking within one year from the original reservation date.
- The complete deposit will be retained if there are only 7 days left until check-in.
Payment methods:
- US: For guests from the US we accept wire transfers (you will find details in your confirmation notice)
- We accept PayPal payment.
Balance upon arrival can be paid:
- PayPal Payment + 5.7 % surcharge applies
- US/Euro/CAD in cash or Dominican Peso (rates fluctuate)
- Bank Transfer + transfer fee
